Policies

Cancellation & refunds: Plans renew monthly and can be canceled anytime. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. If we're unable to publish your upgraded listing due to our error, we'll issue a prorated credit or refund.

Verified tier note: If verification can't be completed (for example, missing or inconsistent documentation), you may stay on Featured. If you were charged for Verified, we'll refund the difference between Verified and Featured for that billing period.
